This policy explains payout eligibility, review gates and processing expectations for ValtrixGo funded accounts.
1. Eligibility gates
A payout requires an active funded account, approved KYC, no unresolved rule breach, a verified payout method, and risk/compliance clearance.
2. Review process
Payouts may pass through automated rule checks, risk-desk review, compliance review, and payment operations review. We may request additional information before approval.
3. Processing
Approved payouts are processed using the selected supported method. Timelines may vary by method, network congestion, bank holidays, compliance checks, or provider outages.
4. Rejection or delay
A payout can be delayed or rejected for failed KYC, prohibited trading, duplicate identity, sanctions risk, chargeback/fraud indicators, or unresolved account review.
