Refund Policy
This policy explains when evaluation fees are refundable on ValtrixGo.
1. Refund on first payout
The one-time evaluation fee is refunded together with your first payout after you become funded, subject to the rules and verification requirements.
2. Pre-trade cancellation
If you have not yet started trading on a newly purchased challenge, contact support to request a refund. Once trading activity begins, the fee is generally non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Rule breaches
Fees are not refundable where an account is closed for a rule breach, prohibited practice, or fraud.
