Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ValtrixGo and the evaluation and funded-account programs offered through it.
1. The service
ValtrixGo offers paid trading evaluations and simulated funded accounts. All trading takes place in a simulated environment. We are not a broker-dealer and do not provide investment advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is not available in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful, or to persons subject to applicable sanctions.
3. Evaluations and funded accounts
Access to a funded account depends on meeting the published trading objectives. We may pause, fail, or close an account for a breach of the rules, prohibited trading practices, or suspected fraud. Where we act on a breach, we record the exact value and timestamp.
4. Fees and payouts
Evaluation fees are charged once per challenge. Payouts on funded accounts are governed by the published profit split and the payout and verification requirements. We may withhold a payout pending identity verification or a risk review.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use multiple accounts to circumvent the rules, exploit pricing or platform errors, or engage in market-abuse strategies. Breaches may result in account closure without refund.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
